Hello Marlene! I don't mean to repeat James comment, but I also thought of Van Gogh here! I love both these paintings of chairs.The colours are a delight and I hope you won't completely abandon the bright colours in your new phase! Beautifully done. v/f

Oh I love chairs and this interior landscape is superb!!

This painting is alive with fun and personality. I am drawn also to its' colors. It does remind me a little of Van Gogh, but you have your own definite style. Madeline

My good friend Reb, is soo right about this one..Vincent would certainly approve.....your colors are gorgeous..love the style...all your own...others here have difficulty describing it, because YOU and the Lord are the sole innovators of this magical piece...but also for me, the chair itself as subject, is like a faithful friend..,,one on whom we can always trust and depend...you know inwardly and have FAITH that this chair will always carry you and hold you up...as will your very best friends friends....I am still one of yours... your pal Carole...
